Omakase in Hamburg means trust: at our Japanese restaurant in HafenCity, one menu of around 20 courses unfolds in just under 1 hour and 45 minutes. Shigeru Fujita selects the finest seasonal ingredients and serves every course at exactly the right moment: straight across the sushi counter. In Tokyo, omakase is the highest discipline of the sushi craft.

Less.
Better.

We don't believe in perfection. We believe in devotion. In calm. In precision. In the right moment.

Traditional Edomae techniques, akazu rice and carefully selected produce from Japan and Europe. No à la carte. No mass dining. Just the taste of the day.

What is Edomae sushi?
